Full week's notice is required to cancel your child's place. Failure to give notice means fees are still due.
You must pay for all booked days even if your child does not attend. No exceptions apply.
Unused credits are kept on your account for future use. No cash reimbursements are made.
A £25 fee applies for continuous late collections. Please make arrangements to collect on time.
£40 per day applies if a child attends the holiday club without a confirmed prior booking.
Annual admin fee of £25 per family is due by 31st March each year. One fee per family only.
